As the weather starts to finally get cooler in Israel we can start thinking about a more serious and fulsome red.

Cabernet Meron Single Vineyard 2008

For us the idea of a single vineyard wine is one that consistently shows a uniqueness that is related to its terroir. Year after year when we taste the wines blind for our blends we can always pick the wine that comes from the Meron, the flavour profile of this wine is unique to this particular vineyard and as such has merited its own bottling.

To quote Naama.

“In this age of globalization, where seasons have virtually lost their meaning to agribusiness and the food consumer, we are proud to bring you a local wine that is true to nature and represents a tacit link between man and his environment”.
