We began in 2005 with our Cab-Merlot blend, a Bordeaux style blend with our own Mediterranean twist. It was always our intention to expand the line to include other tasty blends and this year we have added an additional red and white blend to bring the series to three wines.

The Alma Cab-Merlot-Cab Franc has been a perennial favourite. It is a lively wine with a very fruit forward character.  It is showing generous aromas of cherries, plums and sweet dark fruits with a buttery palate offering essences of vanilla, cloves and green tea.

The Alma Shiraz-Mourvedre-Viognier (SMV) is a new flavour profile to Israeli wines. Owing its origins to the Rhône valley in France, this blend is quite complex; earthy and meaty with underlying floral and wild berry notes. The wine is silky smooth and pairs very well with food.

The Alma Chardonnay-Viognier is a Mediterranean white wine, which shows off the lovely floral, peaches and honey character of the viognier with the chardonnay adding some structure and backbone to the palate. The wine is full of sunshine and immensely enjoyable.
