We were finally hooked up to the electricity grid and we are producing quite a lot of free electricity. But I’ll tell more about that in a separate post.

I gave a couple of interesting presentations in New York, one to the Mashadi (Persian) Community of Great Neck, it was going back to my roots, as my Dad is Mashadi, but I was really impressed by the level of interest and participation that the guests showed.

Vintage is finally moving along, after a spell of some cooler weather when ripening virtually halted, the weather became a little warmer and the grapes are now flowing in. We have finished most of the whites, we are still waiting for Muscat. The reds have started flowing in this year seems quite promising, yesterday’s morning rounds were a real pleasure.
