The Petite Sirah is a new departure for us and you can read details about the wine here. We believe that the wine is of outstanding quality but modesty prevents us from releasing it directly into the reserve series.

The second wine is a Zinfandel, the winery is no stranger to Zin we have been selling it in a full bodied premium version for a number of years, the 2009 is more of a medium bodied wine than before but still full of the spicy and fruity notes that we have come to expect from the variety. In the labels on these wines represent the new look of the D series and all the wines in the series will be rolled out with the new look throughout the coming year. The new design is an evolution of the previous look but with added refinement and elegance.
