In the summer of 1999 Dalton Winery moved into its new premises in the Dalton Industrial Park. The new facility is capable of handling up to 1000 tonnes and will allow the winery to grow in the coming years. The winery has a visitor's center, which offers tours of the winery and a factory outlet shop offering wines and other products of the Galilee.

The winery offers guided tours followed by tastings, at a cost of  NIS15 per person and free for members.
Large groups (above 10 people) are requested to call the winery in advance on 04 698 7683 x 3 or merkaz@dalton-winery.com. At an extra charge and with advance notice there is the possibility for small groups to book a tour and a have light dairy meal at the winery.

The winery is open for visits every day (except for Shabbat and Festivals) between 10:00-16:00, last tour is at 16:00, and on Fridays 10:00-13:00, last tour is at 13:00. The tour and a tasting takes around 45 mins.
