The Wine
Alma is a series of great wines made for simple pleasures: dinner with friends, a picnic in the park or snacks at sunset. Our Rosé is a bright juicy wine, full of fruit and flavor. You can drink it on its own or paired with an array of different styles: Fish dishes, Asian Cuisine, spicy foods and Mediterranean flavors will all go great with this one. Just uncork a bottle and enjoy.
The BLEND
50% Grenache Noir from Even Menachem Vineyard and 50% Pinot Gris from Misgav Vineyard were handpicked in the cool of the early morning.
Winemaking
After crushing the grapes were allowed to sit on their skins in the press until the winemaker felt that enough colour had been achieved, then gently pressed out and allowed to naturally ferment in steel tanks. Alma Coral incorporates many different winemaking techniques that show complexity and originality to the finished wine.

Tasting Notes
Alma Coral is a new and exciting wine; it is a dry and complex well balanced with notes of watermelon and blood orange.
